Cookie Policy

Effective date: 13 August 2026
Last updated: 13 August 2026

This policy explains what cookies we use on joinconsistency.com, what each one does, and how you can control them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember things — that you are logged in, what you have consented to, how you found the site.

We also use similar technologies such as local storage, which works the same way from a privacy point of view. Everything in this policy applies to those too.

Your choice

When you first visit, a banner asks how you want to be tracked. You can accept everything, reject everything non-essential, or pick individual categories.

Nothing except strictly necessary cookies is set before you choose. Analytics and advertising scripts stay blocked until you consent — they do not run quietly in the background while the banner is showing.

You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer of every page. Your choice is remembered for 12 months, after which we will ask again.

Rejecting non-essential cookies does not limit your access to anything. The site, your account and all training content work exactly the same.

Categories we use

Strictly necessary

These make the site function. They cannot be switched off, and they are set on the basis of our legitimate interest rather than consent.

CookieConsent — joinconsistency.com — 1 year
Stores which cookie categories you agreed to, so we do not ask again on every page and can demonstrate that consent was given.

ms_session_id — static.memberstack.com — persistent
Maintains your login session so you stay signed in as you move between pages.

ms_groups — static.memberstack.com — persistent
Records which membership plans your account holds, so that the right training content is shown to you.

_cfuvid — joinconsistency.com — session
Set by Cloudflare to distribute traffic across servers and deliver the site reliably. Expires when you close your browser.

cf.turnstile.u — challenges.cloudflare.com — persistent
Set by Cloudflare Turnstile to tell humans from bots and protect our forms from automated abuse.

Statistics

These help us understand how the site is used — which pages people read, where they arrive from, where they drop off. They are only set if you consent, and the data is aggregated.

_ga — joinconsistency.com — 2 years
Google Analytics. Assigns a randomly generated identifier to your browser so that returning visits can be recognised as the same session series.

_ga_KS68VEPRJC — joinconsistency.com — 2 years
Google Analytics. Holds the state of your current visit for our specific property.

We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation and with the collection of email addresses in URLs disabled. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we have not enabled Google Signals or cross-device advertising features.

Marketing

We do not currently use any marketing or advertising cookies.

We may introduce them in future — most likely Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel or Google Ads — to measure our advertising and reach people who have visited the site. If we do, they will appear in this list before they are used, they will sit under a separate consent category, and they will only be set if you actively agree.

Preferences

We do not currently use any preference cookies.

Google Consent Mode

We use Google Consent Mode v2. This means Google's tools receive a signal about what you have agreed to, and adjust their behaviour accordingly.

If you decline statistics cookies, Google receives an anonymous signal without cookies or identifiers, used only for aggregate modelling. Nothing that could identify you is collected.

Embedded video

Our training videos are hosted by Vimeo and embedded in Do Not Track mode. Vimeo does not set tracking cookies on our site, does not build a profile of your viewing, and does not use your activity for advertising.

Vimeo still receives the technical data needed to deliver video to your device — your IP address, browser and device type. This is unavoidable for any streamed video and is not something we can switch off.

Third-party platforms

If you follow a link to Skool, YouTube or any other external site, that platform sets its own cookies under its own policy. We have no control over them. Please check their policies directly.

Managing cookies in your browser

Beyond our banner, you can control cookies in your browser settings — block them, delete them, or ask to be warned before they are set. Instructions are in the help section of Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge.

Blocking all cookies will break parts of the site, including staying logged in.

You can also opt out of Google Analytics across all websites using Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Changes

We may update this policy when we add or remove a tool. Our site is scanned regularly so this list stays accurate. The current version and its date are always shown at the top of this page.

If we add a new category of cookie, we will ask for your consent again before it is used.
