Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing or using anything on joinconsistency.com. They form a binding contract between you and us.
The Website joinconsistency.com and the training platform available through it (the "Platform") are owned and operated by:

In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Active Life Gyms Sp. z o.o. "You" and "your" mean the person using the Platform.
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Website, the Platform, and everything we sell through them.
By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle your data. They are not part of these Terms but apply to your use of the Platform.
Where we sell to you as a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law that cannot be waived by agreement.
The Platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 or over. By creating an account or making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18.
We may refuse registration, suspend access or close an account where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a user is under 18 or has given inaccurate information about their age.
You must also be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your country of residence.
You need an account to access paid content. Accounts are provided through our membership platform, Memberstack.
You agree to:
Your account is personal to you. You are responsible for everything that happens under it. See Section 9 for what happens if an account is shared.
A one-time purchase, priced at USD 97 unless a different price is displayed at checkout. It includes:
The 8-Week System is a self-guided educational program. It does not include personal coaching, individual programming, form review, or one-to-one feedback from us.
A recurring subscription, priced at USD 19.99 per month, or USD 179.97 per year if you choose annual billing.
Founding member price. The first 100 annual subscribers pay a founding member price of USD 99.97 per year. Once those places are taken, the annual price is USD 179.97 for everyone.
If you subscribe at the founding member price, that price is locked for as long as your subscription remains active and uninterrupted — it will not increase at renewal. If you cancel and later resubscribe, the price then current applies.
The subscription includes access to all training programs and content included in the membership at the time, for as long as your subscription is active.
New programs and content added to the membership become available to active subscribers at no extra cost. We may also offer products that sit outside the membership; where we do, this will be stated clearly before purchase.
The Monthly Membership does not include personal coaching or individual programming.
Community access is provided through Skool.com, an independent third-party platform. You create your own account with Skool and are subject to Skool's own terms and privacy policy.
Community access accompanies an active 8-Week System enrolment and runs for the duration of that program. We may remove members whose access has ended, and we may remove anyone who breaches these Terms or the community rules.
We are not responsible for the availability, functionality or continued existence of Skool. If Skool becomes unavailable, we may replace it with a comparable community platform or withdraw the community element; this does not affect your access to the training program itself.
Unless expressly stated at the point of purchase, our products do not include: individual programming, nutrition plans or calorie targets prepared for you personally, medical or physiotherapy advice, injury rehabilitation, form assessment, or any guarantee of a specific result.
Monthly Membership. Access continues for as long as your subscription is paid and active.
8-Week System. Your purchase gives you access to the program for as long as we continue to operate the Platform, and in any event for a minimum of 24 months from the date of purchase.
We do not use the term "lifetime access", because we cannot honestly promise that any online service will exist indefinitely. If we ever decide to discontinue the Platform or the 8-Week System, we will:
We may update, improve, reorganise or replace individual pieces of content at any time. We may also retire content that is outdated or that we no longer consider appropriate, provided the program as a whole continues to deliver what was described at the time of your purchase.
Prices are shown on the Website in US dollars (USD). The price applicable to you, including any tax, is the one displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
Prices are the same for all customers and are not personalised on the basis of your data or browsing behaviour. Where we run a discount or promotion, we will show the previous price and the duration of the offer.
Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details.
You must provide a valid payment method and accurate billing information. Where tax applies to your purchase, it is calculated and shown at checkout based on your billing location.
Subscriptions renew automatically — monthly or annually, depending on the plan you chose — until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorise us and Stripe to charge your payment method the applicable fee on each renewal date.
Before you subscribe, we will show you the price, the billing period, the renewal date and how to cancel. For annual subscriptions, we will email you a reminder before each renewal, stating the amount and the date.
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it. If payment cannot be collected, your access will be suspended and, if the failure continues, your subscription will be cancelled.
You can cancel at any time, through your account settings or by emailing info@joinconsistency.com.
When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide partial refunds for the remainder of a billing period. See Section 8.
We may change our prices. If we change the price of a subscription you already hold, we will give you at least 14 days' notice by email before the new price applies. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.
This does not apply to a founding member price, which stays fixed for as long as your subscription remains active and uninterrupted, as described in Section 5.2.
Price changes never apply retroactively to a purchase you have already made.
Everything we sell is digital content and digital services, delivered immediately.
Under EU consumer law, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. That right does not apply to digital content supplied immediately, where you have expressly requested immediate access and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery begins.
At checkout, you must therefore separately tick a box confirming:
"I request immediate access to the digital content and I acknowledge that, once access is activated, I lose my statutory right of withdrawal."
We will confirm your purchase and this acknowledgement by email.
If you do not give that confirmation, we cannot provide immediate access, and your statutory 14-day withdrawal right continues to apply until delivery begins.
Because access is granted immediately and in full, purchases are non-refundable, and we do not offer a money-back guarantee.
This applies to:
We may, entirely at our discretion, issue a refund in individual cases — for example where access failed for technical reasons on our side, where a duplicate or accidental charge occurred, or where we consider a refund fair in the circumstances. Doing so once does not oblige us to do so again.
Your rights here are separate from withdrawal and cannot be waived.
If the Platform or the content does not match its description or does not work as it should, contact us at info@joinconsistency.com and you may require us to:
These remedies do not apply where the problem is caused by your own equipment, your internet connection, or your failure to meet the technical requirements in Section 12.
If you have a problem with a purchase, please contact us first. We will always try to resolve it directly.
Starting a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated. Where a chargeback is raised in bad faith — for example after substantial use of the content — we reserve the right to close the account and to recover the amounts and fees involved.
The Platform is licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not:
These restrictions are the core of what you agree to. Our business depends on them.
Where we detect a breach, we will normally warn you first and give you a chance to put it right.
For serious breaches — including sharing an account, distributing our content, or commercial use — we may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without notice, and without refunding any amount you have paid. We may also pursue any other legal remedy available to us.
All content on the Platform — the programs, videos, written material, exercise library, structure, text, graphics, design and branding — is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own training, for as long as your access lasts. It does not transfer any ownership to you.
"Consistency" and our logos are our trademarks. You may not use them without our written permission.
If you send us feedback, questions, testimonials, photographs or videos, you keep ownership of what you send.
We will not use your image, photographs, videos or testimonials in marketing unless you have given us separate, explicit written consent. That consent is always optional, is never a condition of buying anything, and can be withdrawn at any time.
For anything you post in the Skool community, you grant other members and us the right to view it within the community. You are responsible for what you post and must not post anything unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, misleading, or infringing someone else's rights.
If you send us suggestions or ideas about the Platform, we may use them freely and without any obligation to you.
To use the Platform you need a modern web browser, a stable internet connection and a device capable of playing streamed video. We are not responsible for problems caused by your device, browser, network, firewall or content blockers.
We aim to keep the Platform available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may need to take the Platform offline for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control.
This section is important. Please read it in full.
Everything on the Platform is general fitness and educational information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not physiotherapy, rehabilitation or nutritional therapy.
We are not your doctor, physiotherapist or dietitian, and no relationship of that kind is created by your use of the Platform. Nothing on the Platform should be used as a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read or watched on the Platform.
You should obtain clearance from a qualified healthcare professional before starting this or any exercise program — and you must do so if you:
Resistance training and physical exercise carry an inherent risk of injury, including serious injury.
By using the Platform, you voluntarily accept that risk and confirm that you are participating of your own free will, at your own risk, and on the basis of your own judgement about your physical condition.
You agree that you are solely responsible for:
If something hurts, stop. Nothing in our programs is worth an injury.
We do not promise any specific outcome — in strength, body composition, appearance, health or anything else.
Results depend on factors we do not control, including your starting point, genetics, consistency, sleep, nutrition, stress, injury history and life circumstances.
Any results, testimonials or transformations shown in our marketing are individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed.
The Platform and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly set out in these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Subject to that:
If you are a consumer, these limits apply only to the extent permitted by the law of your country of residence.
By you. You may stop using the Platform at any time, and cancel any subscription as described in Section 7.4. To have your account deleted entirely, email info@joinconsistency.com.
By us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if your payment fails, if we reasonably suspect fraud or unlawful use, or if we are required to do so by law. Except in serious cases, we will warn you first and give you a reasonable chance to put things right.
What happens then. Your licence to use the content ends and you lose access to the Platform and the community. Sections 10, 11, 13, 14 and 17 survive termination. Where we terminate your access because of a serious breach, no refund is due.
We may update these Terms — for example to reflect a new product, a change in our services, or a change in the law. The current version and its effective date are always shown at the top of this page.
If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you do not agree, you may cancel your subscription before the change applies. Continuing to use the Platform after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
Changes to these Terms never apply retroactively to a purchase you have already completed.
These Terms are governed by the law of Poland.
If you are a consumer resident in the EU or EEA, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. We may only bring proceedings against you in the courts of your country of residence.
Please contact us first. Most problems can be solved quickly by email at info@joinconsistency.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days and to resolve complaints within 14 days.
If we cannot resolve it, EU consumers may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Polish consumers may also contact the local consumer ombudsman (miejski lub powiatowy rzecznik konsumentów) or the Trade Inspection Authority (Wojewódzki Inspektorat Inspekcji Handlowej). We are not obliged to participate in out-of-court dispute resolution, and we will tell you if we choose not to in a particular case.
Whole agreement. These Terms, together with the information shown at checkout, form the whole agreement between us about the Platform.
If part is invalid. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
No waiver. If we do not enforce a right immediately, we do not lose it.
Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours if our business is sold or reorganised, provided your rights are not reduced.
Events outside our control. We are not liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Language. These Terms are written in English, and English is the language of the contract between us and of all support we provide.
